If you love scuba diving you'll love our club!
Established in 1959 as branch 75 of the British Sub Aqua Club, we celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2019. Prior to 1982 we met in various pubs and clubs around Doncaster until moving into our very own club house on Greyfriars Road which, 35 years later, is still going strong!
We carry out pool training at Hall Cross School, Thorne Road, Doncaster DN1 2HY on Wednesday evenings from 7:45pm - 9:00pm, and have plenty of Scuba kit for students - plus time, experience and patience! Afterwards, we usually head down to the club-house for a catch up, plan forthcoming dives and, of course, a drink.
We have Instructors of all levels including Advanced Instructors with over 20 years experience. We offer theory and practical training as well as skill development courses, such as boat handling, safety and rescue, seamanship and technical courses.
Have a look around our website and get in touch if you are interested in joining or finding out more about our branch. We look forward to hearing from you.

Diving with Doncaster Sub Aqua
Located within Doncaster town centre, our club is a superb place to undertake your Scuba training. We have our clubhouse with lecture rooms, audio-visual equipment, and a social area with our very own bar.
To support sheltered water lessons, the club hires the nearby pool at Hall Cross School. These activities are supported by our wide range of club facilities- we have a compressor (we are able to provide mixed gas), equipment store, and club boat.
